The "lot" on Washington Street is a parking Garage.
The lot on the south edge of town is UNDER the Bridge.

Washington Street is ONE WAY to the SOUTH (detour route)
McKean Street is ONE WAY to the NORTH (detour route)
Jefferson Street is ONE WAY to the WEST
Cunningham Street is ONE WAY to the EAST
